Because of our unique location, vibe, and amenities, Finca Bellavista is the quintessential Costa Rica experience. For these reasons and more, many people want to experience the energy and beauty of this special place.

The finca as a whole is comprised of over 600 acres and its mountains, forests, rivers and wildlife showcase the best of what Mother Nature has to offer in the Southern Zone. We realize how precious this land and our community is and we are happy to share it with the world. However, we have limitations. Finca Bellavista was not intended as a resort, a lodge, a commercial canopy tour or a hotel. This is a residential treehouse community in its formative years. In essence, Finca Bellavista is a rustic, yet comfortable, private retreat off the beaten path where limited numbers of guests can explore the natural wonders of the rainforest and enjoy a simpler life. Those of us that call Finca Bellavista home have grown accustomed to life on the outer fringes of civilization. The finca is not for everyone. In order to preserve the integrity of the community, the environment, and everything that has created this special home, there are things to know and respect that will ensure that you and all members of your group are comfortable in this environment prior to beginning the Finca Bellavista journey. Once you embark, we hope that you enjoy all that the finca has to offer. It truly is a place like nowhere else on Earth!
